First, it was the Jade McCarthy episode, now it seems Matt's been flying through message boards fighting with blue jay fans, people who don't know the radio business, and Baltimore posters on his own message board. Stay away from the message boards Matt! They take away your internet access for your own safety! Matt's response to a poster who joked about a replacement for him and Travis Justice on BS590... Matt's response from the Blue Jay Cafe, when noted that The Big Show isn't doing so hot in the ratings, and that's why Travis Justice was added.. A bluejaycafe member then pointed out that Matt himself said that the Male 25-54 demographic was "dead" on the Husker Illustrated message board. I've been checking out the BS590 message board over the last couple days and it's been a little ugly. Matt needs to lock it up. He's coming unglued. I feel for him, 'cause you know that the addition of Travis to his show was shoved down his throat and he can't like it one bit. He was hired to have his own show...
And he's said in the past that he would never need the crutch of a co-host. I think I feel more sorry for Trav.
I'm implementing the wait-and-see tactic on this particular subject...it's still too early for me to have a definite opinion. Perhaps I am just not that big on sports talk anyway...
ok, so obviously we need to schedule a boxing or tag team wrestling match between Husker Mike and ???? and KU Fan Donnie and KU Fan OmahaMama (is there 1 "m" in mama, or 2?) Anyway, who's the second biggest husker freak behind Mike, and they can be his partner.
