Omaha, NE - Action 3 News has a warning for women. Someone's lurking in a popular spot in downtown Omaha. A major company is even warning its workers about this pervert in the park. He's been sneaking around the Heartland of America Park for days according to walkers.

News of the flasher by the fountain has some women worried. "That is kind of perverted," says Siska Parker.

"Seems like a safe area for us to run and if that is happening it is not really safe for us anymore," says Lacey Sether
Women walkers sent an e-mail to ConAgra employees Wednesday after a guy unzipped his zipper, reached in his pants and smiled.

"I thought is was kind of safe being next to ConAgra and everything," says Parker.

"We always travel in pairs and if that is happening down here we will definitely continue to do that," says Michaela Kraft.

This man who then apparently lays on picnic tables to enjoy himself isn't scaring everyone. For some, the exposure in this case is something to joke about.

"It is very comical because really it doesn't harm an adult," says a passer by.

"Our security actually called the police department and we are making efforts to increase security," says Jeff Mochal with ConAgra.

Many who walk around the lake say they've seen the accused flasher.
"We have a pretty good description of the gentleman in question so we are actively looking out for him," says Mochal.

Others plan to take action on their own.

"I don't know I might kick them," says Parker.

The suspect is described as a 25-30 year-old man with dreadlocks. He always seen wearing a pink shirt and carpenter jeans. If you see the pink wearing pervert, call police.
