Thoughts from the previous year...
Biggest Compliment - getting kudos from Tyler on the "real" show. I never thought he'd have anything nice to say about the site.

Biggest Disappointment #1- Trying to be ahead of the curve, I put this site on a dedicated server, although antiquated, and there weren't the tools available to monitor traffic and such, and for a period of a couple days, the site was down.

Biggest Disapointment #2 - The gallery has been screwed up, that really needs to be dismantled and revived. Its not you, its me. I'll get it fixed eventually.

Most Memorable Moment (get it? MMM!) - Hearing MMM on the air, I had to check to see if somebody had slipped a recorded CD in my car stereo.

Biggest Ass - Sorry Logan, its still TOMMY KNOCKER (Sorry!)

Biggest Surprise #1 - Getting support from JBG and KEZO for the site, I had prepared quite diligently to bitch, moan, and scream about any attempt to censor or shut down the site. Of course, I couldn't go a year without having a few shit fits (see the "technical dificulties" thread for example).

Biggest Surprise - TNT_Tony's arcade high scores, coupled with his post count!

So a few thanks go to these people that really helped get this site in its current state.

First, of course, the "5 guys" from the TnT Show (Todd, Mike, Jeremy, Craig, Travis), naturally, and then, of course, the extended family, the Round Table (Higgins, Black Tony, Clete, Prodigy, and guests!).

MMM for being a great moderator, and being able to agree to disagree on things without beating me with a stick.

Tony for all the CML, Top 10,000 song, and Great Band name posts, as well as the welcoming committee posts to new members, and all those other posts that I can't figure out how you have the time to make.

2ox for offsetting my angelic and ethics based attitude(!) with his coarse/rough/porn demeanor! A CD sampler of all George Jones will eventually be made!

Mike for ALWAYS sticking around, and letting MMM beat you with a stick. Better you than me.

Daphne for the thoughtfulness, jokes, "wtf?" questions, and lame party representative!

ob1 for not being scared to share your Star Wars geekiiness. Use a rubber Luke! And for reminding me that you and 2ox are not the same person (I always get you two confused because of the short userids).

Donnie for getting all the show updates accurate and concise, and for welcoming everybody, and letting me know where improvements are needed

HoopersStore for the great graphics.

Thender for coming back. You can check out anytime you like, but you can... blbah blah blah

DDodge for keeping my facts straight

boobear for being the first, but not the last, TnTU Naughty Girl.

Josh for providing a lot of good jokes, content, and IHOP stories (all true!)

Special thanks (am I running out of time yet?) my wife Black Susie (aka Sudden Death Susie, aka Peanut Butter), daughter Cassie, son Noah (aka White Chili), dog Santana, and family members that listen to the show and like the site. (Any family members that listen to Bob and Tom or some other shit can go SCREW yourselves, you know who you are "Duck" and "Mark"!)

Another disappointment was early last summer (or very late spring) when Todd and Tyler were actually bashing this site a lot on the show. Anybody remember "TNT Unneccesary" or "Logan Unauthorized"? Those made me laugh.

Hell, they still don't really understand the site. At least they say (mainly...they didn't get the Top 10,000 poll) positive things about the site now

^Technically, they seem to mention it after they name the title and artist of the song of the day, one minute into the show...and then ramble about how a handful of TnT listeners (and TnTU members) don't appreciate the countdown and then act like the voters wanted the song of the day to go away...

Perhaps you're not awake at 5:35 or so in the morning, though

Just to clarify, I wasn't referring to you, don't hate me!...

I heard exactly what you heard; Tyler said something along the lines of how it was too hard for him to pick out new songs (wasn't this when he played two repeat songs in the same week), and he asked if the countdown was getting old/tiresome...granted, I think he said those things jokingly, but I thought about making a poll similar to yours when he said it as well.

Personally, as much as I appreciate that they like to see what our opinions are about the show, I hardly think it would be wise for the guys to keep basing their opinions of "our" opinions on a handful (10-15) voters. I think what they should have said was to call for their listening faithful to visit TnTU and to vote in the poll. TnTU allows them the opportunity to connect with fans in a way Z92.com never will, the site updates immediately and gives instant feedback...I'm digressing, but my main point is that TnT/Z92 management could arguably improve the show if they utilized TnTU in ways they currently aren't, and this could be very significant if/when streaming occurs.

We're on the same page, 'ox...you posted a legitimate question/poll about the show and they were quick to criticize the votes of 7 people
