I was listening to Sports Nightly Tuesday night. Normally I listen to Conference Call on BS590, because I really like that show, but it wasn't coming in very clear, so I turned the dial up to the show with the "little corner office in Memorial Stadium".

I don't know the hosts name, but he stammers a lot. I do like him better than the last guy though (was that Rose?).

Anyway, they were talking about how great Leon Jackson was going to be now that he was coming back to Nebraska and what a big favor Bill Cunningham did for him by letting him come back.

I called in and said I wanted to talk about where Leon might have gone if Callahan hadn't let him come back (a topic I gleaned from Travis' show), so I got through to the host, and he said "And here's Dave from Omaha with a comment about Leon Jackson".

Then I said something like "Hi, yeah... uh where do you think Jackson would go if he didn't go back to the Huskers, and by the way TODD AND TYLER UNAUTHORIZED".

It made the air, but nobody said if they had heard it. Maybe I was the only one listening to the how.

If only someone could compile a list of all the radio and TV shows that took phone calls. Surely, that could be done. But surely I couldn't condone it. Because, surely, someone could trace this account and figure out where it came from.

Usually the way around that is to have someone in the background saying it, while you're being serious.

"Yeah Tom, my butthead of the day is Billiy Jones of because he likes to use CHUNKY peanut butter, and then calls in the dog, and I " "TNT UNAUTHORIZED.COM!!" "Sorry Tom, just some neighbor kids yelling in the background...as I was saying..."
