| Re: Syndication for the Todd n Tyler Show The Todd and Tyler Radio Empire will soon grow... Yeah, what city would Craig constitute as "sort of near us"...That was his hint for the second as-of-now unnamed radio station. Obviously, one could deduce that it is closer in distance than the Springfield, MO one. Tyler will tell us the second station soon, but until then: Let the guessing games begin...

| Re: Syndication for the Todd n Tyler Show Quote:
Journal has stations in eight cities: Boise Milwaukee Springfield, MO Tucson Tulsa Wichita Knoxville, TN The nearest one, other than Spfld, is Wichita. Tulsa's stations are all country, so unlikely there. Otherwise, it's further afield, and Craig was just pullin' our collective dorks. Kinda like his Mom does. Jason | |

| Re: Syndication for the Todd n Tyler Show First...Jason......WAY too much free time on your hands, buddy. Second...if the station in Springfield, MO is the one they're going to be on....sucks for Mancow! Lastly...I agree that there's a risk to US that the show could very well lose the personal touch we're used to (or is it 'loose' as in 'loosers'?...anyway...). So...there you go.

| Re: Syndication for the Todd n Tyler Show ^One just has to click on the link for JBG at the bottom of the Z page to quickly see their radio and television markets... Anyway, I think you might be right Jason. I think the old program manager (before Lester) went to a station in Wichita, although I can not say for sure. I wonder if Tyler will continue to hint at it. I'm almost positive he said that they should start syndicating to the second market a week after Springfield goes live--so Springfield on 11/6, ??? on 11/13. How very exciting

| Re: Syndication for the Todd n Tyler Show With the syndication will come change.. Some things we will really miss, but there may be some new things that we will come to really love. I have faith that the guys won't let us down.. We will just have to be hopeful and wait until the 6th (or sooner if they try the stuff out on us before hand).. |

| Re: Syndication for the Todd n Tyler Show I got the strong impression, at the end of Trav's sports segment, that another stipulation of the Empire is that Trav may be losing his gig on BS 590... Trav said, when he was told that he had another show to do, that he would "...rather do syndication," to which Tyler said, "You are about to, by the way," and Todd said, "Be careful what you wish for..." Of course, right after this little exchange, Travis said he had to go pull a gun on a 5th grade volleyball coach (a reference to a personal story he just told)--so he may not be coming back at all If he does lose his show, or if it's pushed back to another time slot, I hope he does stay in the TnT studio. He's one of the principle talents, and a great part of the show Did anyone else interpret this conversation like I did?

| Straight Pimpin ![]() | Re: Syndication for the Todd n Tyler Show Yes I kind of got that impression too Donnie, except that I interpreted to mean that Trav liked his own show on BS590, and that he was torn between giving up that show, or joining the guys with the syndication deal. But it did sound like to me that Trav might not be around for syndication. I didn't understand what the whole interview process was for Travis though, unless that was just an inside joke of some kind, or a token gesture saying that they had to interview anybody and everybody who could be on the show at any time. The only think I know is that I'm going to try to keep today's podcasts (as well as the first one, and the first syndicated one) because it'll be interesting to compare them.

| If I remember right. When Tyler was talking about sities with weather info in the USA Today her named them off starting with Springfield, Wichita, and so on. It maybe something or it could be nothing. With Trav I think he should go with them with the syndication and spend more time with the guys.

| Re: Syndication for the Todd n Tyler Show if any of you have listened to the show for more than 5 years you know the show has changed/evolved. this is just the next step in evolution for the show. i think it will be a good thing and make the show even more entertaining. they will just hammer regional and national things now instead of local ones. and like they said this am, if an item like the 18 yr old forcing the 15 yr old to perform oral comes up in omaha it will now become a national news item on their show. change is good. you change your clothes every day don't you? at least i hope you do. |

| Re: Syndication for the Todd n Tyler Show I agree with the people that are worried that this will change the show. On Monday they were already taking about taking out the local news and local events part of the news. That was funny stuff, when they are able to crack on the local retards. They didnt change the show when they were able to reach on the 590 station I hope they dont feel the need to change the tone of the show now. I wonder if Milwaukee will be next on the sindication list, seems they own stations there also. I drive a truck and have a crappy job, the fart, poop and local ranting jokes get me through my crap filled day. Love and respect to Todd and Tyler but they have said countless times that they would not change the show for anyone, I sure hope that is true. |
