| On the beach. George Bush and Osama bin Laden are walking on the beach when they find a magic lamp. Osama picks up the lamp and rubs it until the Genie appears. The genie says that he'll grant each person one wish and lets Osama go first. Osama says "I want an eighty foot wall built around my country so that nothing can get in our out!" Poof! "And it is so", said the genie. "And what do you wish Mr. Bush?" Bush nods his head towards Osama and says "fill it with water".
