That first pic is what happened to a guy down here about 6 weeks ago... Only he did it in the middle of the street and left a puddle of blood 7 feet in diameter... He is still in a hospital in Omaha in a coma....

Like 'ender said, he is a "spotter". He tells the sniper where and when to shoot. He does all the math. (wind, distance...)
