 | Stoned (Sunday joke 2/3) So, Jesus is walking with his buds, and he sees this crowd throwing rocks, big and small, at this guy. Jesus goes, "Why are you throwing rocks at this man?" A chucker replies, "Jesus, that man is a thief and a sinner, and he deserves to die!" At this point, Jesus yells out at the crowd to get them to stop. The sinner is clearly grateful when Jesus says to the crowd, "Let that person who is without sin cast the next stone." Suddenly from one side of the crowd comes a perfect fastball, a stone about the size of a baseball, and it smacks the guy between the eyes, killing him instantly. Jesus cries out, "Okay, who did that???" The crowd parts, and Jesus confronts the pitcher. To which, he yells, "Damnitt, I was TRYING to make a point here! Why do you have to ruin everything, Mom!?" |

| Re: Stoned (Sunday joke 2/3) See, I think humor is more important than intelligence. Smart dialogue does make this much more entertaining. But here's my point: You can put a funny guy like Dennis Miller on Monday Night Football, but if the jokes are over the head of most of the jocks watching the game... In the end I'm just pulling stuff out of my ass to make this "seem" like an intelligent post. Because it's not funny. |
