BBC NEWS | UK | England | Tyne | Passenger 'moons' at speed camera While I find this pretty funny and give props to this person for doing something that I'd never have the guts to do - but would like to - I suspect it was a spur of the moment thing and not well thought out since the camera obviously would be able to identify the driver through the license plates. (Yes, I do realize that the "mooner" is the passenger.) "Police may take action against the man for public order offences and not wearing a seat belt." Heh.
