Up for review today is "Meet the Spartans" This movie had a good amount of funny scenes in it, but there were also some scenes that really weren't funny at all such as the scenes that made fun of "Happy Feet", "Stomp the Yard" and "Spider Man 3". This is definetly a "bad" movie. It has a lot of stupid humor and gross out scenes, some of which are funny and some that aren't. If you thought "Epic Movie" or "Date Movie" were funny, then you will probably think this is funny. Otherwise you might think "WTF is this crap?!".

| Re: Movie reviews It's time for another worthless, early movie review! Up for review today is, "Fool's Gold" The easiest way to describe this movie is to say it was a decent popcorn flick. I thought the last 20 minutes or so of the movie were the most interesting. I liked all of the underwater scenes. I didn't, however, think this movie was all that funny. I did laugh at some stuff but only here and there. Overall 'I' thought this was a fairly entertaining movie.

| Re: Movie reviews i've got two august rush bueno, just like oliver twist, but no one dies i love it when robin williams goes psychotic in movies (nuttin' like yelling at a child till he pees his pants) and auto focus made in 2002 or 03 it's the happy story of bob crane who liked to have happy sex with everyone who was female and video tape it, with a big honkn' camera... this was the 60's after all, and how his jilted gay lover (played so eerily so by willem defoe) finally ended their relationship (though you prolly all know how) what's crazy is how GOOD greg keneer is in this movie, scarry in it's own right don't let the dvd cover art throw you off, it looks like a campy sexy party film (a la stewie griffin) but it is in fact, a dark sick film that, most unfortunately was censured by the government. and if they have to censure it, the it must be good

| Re: Movie reviews no country for old men was a great movie. at first i didn't like the ending but while eating dinner afterward i began to appreciate it. tommy lee jones and james brolin both deserve academy awards in my opinion. |

There was a lot of stuff that made me laugh, but even so I was still disappointed. Some stuff was too raunchy or gross to be funny. Overall If you enjoyed the first movie, you'll probably enjoy this one as well, but maybe not as much.

| Re: Movie reviews I caught a showing of Iron Man yesterday. Amazing. Simply amazing. It was so good, I couldn't believe how fast the time goes watching it. For those of you truly as geeky as I am, feel free to hang through the credits for a 15 second video that made an amateur comic book movie fan like me doing a fist pump in the air  I give this as many stars as possible. However, for as much as I wanted to see this one, my anticipation of the Batman sequel called The Dark Knight is off the charts. Hell, I might even road trip to see TDK in an IMAX somewhere
