That is actually answered in one of the posts in this thread. In short, it was the name of the store on Sesame Street where the owner died, it was like a 'very special episode'. I remember it from when I was young. Lame screen name I know, but eh...I like it.

Mike, yeah, I know it does. Let's rename this: 'Ask Hooper's Store Anything He CAN Answer!'

Not to step on toes but, there are 3,537,441 sq miles in us.(including water.)
As for sq mi in inches, what? makes no sense, only sq mi= sq mi, you meant 'what is the exact amount of sq inches of the u.s.' Or not.

Oh and 1 sq in = 1/144 sq ft if that helps
