It has come to my attention that every thread becomes a Mike, thender, ob1, TnT Tony slam fest. So I am giving you guys your own thread. Do whatever you want here - Just please try to keep the TnT Stuff on topic - that is all I ask of you. ;)

I will try harder to stay on topic. I do however think that it is kind of odd that people would go as far as to send you e-mails about it. Oh well.

I have been a member at a forum with nearly 10,000 members and moderator of 2 smaller forums.

It's board etiquette to remain on topic and not to steer the subject of the thread in another direction.

Initially, the number of regular posters was quite small so the free-form conversations were easy to follow. Now, the number is increasing, slowly but surely, and warrants a tighter running of the ship.

That being said, I also feel the free-form conversations brought a unique atmosphere to the board and provided some great entertainment. This thread will allow that to continue in the spirit of which it was intended.

I want to commend MMM on doing a fantastic job. And, if the need of another moderator presents itself, I will be more than happy to help in any way I can.
