 | Pastor Smackdown Here is a messed up story that I recently caught. On Sunday in Tulsa, Okalhoma Pastor Billy Joe Dougherty was holding worship. He called worshipers to the altar for prayer. One of parishoners punched the pastor in the face. After just a few breif moments the pastor continued with the service. The pastor has forgiven the man, 50 year old Steven Rogers, and is not pressing charges. That gives meaning to the phrase "practice what you preach". There is video, I have not been able to find it online yet.
