| XBox 360 A guy called TNT and said that a Wal-Mart that he went to is not going to order anymore XBox 360's because 20% of them were returned due to the damn things overheating and whatnot. So those of you on this site that wanted one but couldn't find one. It looks like you are lucky that you didn't get one.

 | I played one at WalMart and it was cool, but not cool enough to pay 400 bucks on. Plus there weren't any really good games at launch. I think I'll wait until all the new systems come out before I even consider what to buy. |

| The lack of interesting games is one of the main reasons that I never bought the original XBox.

| ^I own NES, SNES, Sega Dreamcast, Playstation 2, XBOX, and Gamecube... I'm not dropping 40 bucks on a game I don't completely like. There are not that many good releases for the XBOX 360, so I will wait until they make a unit that actually works right out of the box...by then, more games will be available.

| Yeah, i'm a total gamer dork (aka halo get togethers and such) The only reason i bought my xbox was for halo - halo 2 and to play people online. I wanted the 360 but was told that I would be on the second shipment and that might not come until Jan.  Most of the consoles are overheating because people got home and set them down on the carpet or tucked them in crammed spaces and played it for 8-9 hours straight. That's why the power supply is overheating. Most just don't know how to ventilate their systems. I've got a nice open space in my entertainment center for the ol' 360 as soon as i can get it. It'll go right next to my xbox, SNES, NES, playstation and N64. I collect video game stuff so yeah. **so I'm a video game geek, and me and my video game geek buddies...**

| I miss my dreamcast like no other. That is the most recent system that has gotten me really excited. I had a nice library for it, but since the company was shutting down the Dreamcast I decided to sell it while I could...big mistake. Now I just have my Gamecube and a PS2. My systems don't last forever due to excessive use, NES SNES and N64 all shelled out years ago. I think I will get a Revolution though. Even though the controller has been shunned, I will give it a chance. I think it will be fun |

| I've had an Odyssey2, NES, Playstation, Dreamcast, and XBOX. I bought the Dreamcast soley for the NFL2K game, and continued that with the XBOX NFL2K3 game. It sucks because I can't play Madden anymore, its too goofy to me, and they have an exclusive NFL license now.

| i have a fully functional game gear but only 3 games...so i really dont play that at all. i have a Nintendo with a large collection of games, SNES and N64 with about 5 a piece, and I got a Playstation2 slim about a year ago because my roomie moved out and I had used his...realized it was time to updrage from about 1996 so... i have 8 or so ps2 games but i just find it so hard to buy new games...50 bucks?? I can handle 20 but usually those games suck. anymore i just wait, or go to gamers and buy used. im too poor to be a realy big gamer, but a few months ago in college i was in heaven, somebody always had every game you would want...fond memories |
