Chat's almost nearly added in, but its a flash chat applet, not a Java applet.

Would you rather...
Have both the Shout box on the forum home page, AND Chat on a separate page...
OR
Just get rid of the Shout box, and use Chat on a different page...
OR
Just get rid of Chat and keep the Shout box on the forum home page (the way it is now)

If you change shout to chat...people who use their computer at work will most likely not be able to continue with the "Chat" option because if the company designates certain words...like "Chat" to be blocked they will block the page or the whole site.

I'd say just have both options for now and see how it goes.
