Todd and Tyler Unauthorized Forums

Nothing much changed here. I just updated the registration agreement to the forums to match the TnT Unauthorized Site Rules and Privacy Policy.

The only thing added was the bottom part about Private Messages. I am able to read private messages if I'd really like to take the time to do it, but I don't do it. Just wanted to clear that up.

The registration rules now match the TnTUnauthorized.com Site Rules

TnT Unauthorized Rules
These rules set by TnT Unauthorized Forums from communications with Journal Broadcast Group, some employees, and fair minded individuals.
Registration to the TnTU.net is free! We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. If you agree to the terms, please check the 'I agree' checkbox and press the 'Register' button below. If you would like to cancel the registration, click here to return to the forums index.

Forums
All members to the forums should adhere to these described general rules, and realize that at any time, their post may be edited or removed due to requests from Journal Broadcasting Group, slanderous/libelous material, or if the material could be presented to the FCC as a violation. In addition, topics that are NOT considered part of the Todd and Tyler show, or not referenced by the show should be placed in the Miscellaneous forum to keep discussions regarding the Todd and Tyler show on track.

All content should be considered the author's own personal opinion (both the site administration and site members/visitors), and no libelous or slanderous remarks made about KEZO-FM (Z92), Journal Broadcast Group, or the Todd and Tyler show will be tolerated. Journal Broadcast Group has allowed the material in The Todd and Tyler show to provide commentary, humor, and history, for its fans, and every attempt will be made to keep this gentlemanly agreement in good standing.

Although the administrators and moderators of TnT Unauthorized Forums will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off the TnTU.net forums, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of TnT Unauthorized Forums, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are violative of any laws.

Advertising
If you have a service or product that you'd like to advertise on TnTUnauthorized.com, please visit the Contact Us page, and send the information for review. Products, Services, and favorite web sites can be advertised in a member's signature line available on the forums. Any other advertising maybe be considered unsolicited advertising and labeled as such. The administration has the right to remove any type of unsolicited advertising from its site.

News and Web Links
Registered members may submit news items and/or web links to the site that they deem are appropriate or beneficial to the site. The site administration will make a decision on the appropriateness and/or benefits to a news story or web link before publication. In the event that any editing or clarification is required, administration will contact the individual for information before publishing the content.

Correspondence
Correspondence All email and phone correspondence will remain confidential unless permission is granted by the parties to use the information on the this site, or in the event that the correspondence is accepted as "site content", it may be used without permission if the assumption is made that it should be shared.

Privacy
TnT Unauthorized Forums does not, and will not, share or sell any personally identifiable information to any third parties. Email is used to uniquely identify registered users. Browser cookies are used to simplify navigation of the site and to identify visitors from members.

Third party advertisements in the form of banners or other media may place external cookies on a visitor's computer. In the event that this site is moved or taken offline, all information will be deleted. In the event that this site is sold, every attempt will be made to make sure that identifiable information will not be used for email marketing (SPAM) purposes by any new management.

Private messages sent via the forums are stored in a database. Only the site administrator has access to these messages, and will be treated with the same privacy as email or any other private correspondence.
