 | Another Year Winds Down! As another year winds down I wanted us to have a place to share our 2005 happenings, thoughts, and reflections. For me it has been a fast, and active year. Changes in my driving career have brought some new cheer this year. In Feburary I came off running over the road to running local and getting home everyday. With that I took the oppourtunity to rent my first apartment. It is nice to finally have my own place to call home. I started attending church on a regular basis in early June, bringing me more in touch with my sprituality. I became a member of TnTU making a whole host new buddies. Several tragedies have occoured. The awful losses that people are suffering the southeast due to the hurricanes. The almost daily tragedy of our soliders being killed in Iraq. I hope it made all of us take a moment of pause and be thankful for what we have. Thankfully we have had TnT to keep us laughing and entertained for yet another year. I am so pleased to have become a part of the TnTU community where we can make each other laugh. I hope the boys have a wonderful vacation and we look forward to yet another year of tuning in. May everyone have a safe and enjoyable holiday season! Keep posting and shouting! And let's get the TnTU family wound up for another great year!!

| For the most part,my year went by pretty fast.Acouple positive things happened,couple negative,but all came out good in the end. As 3 said,everybody have a good ond.Make sure you drink too much,eat too much and make total asses out of yourselves.I know I'm going to.

| Not for another two weeks. Yesterday morning you could have asked 300 people at FDR how thier year was and they would have said great - today not so great. More soldiers died everyday in Iraq. People are dying all over the world from curable disease. We in the United States let people in New Orleans die because ...... Well lets just say it was so bad that Castro offered aid to the US in September and when asked about how President Bush was handling the situation said "this is not the time to kick an adversary -- while he's down." Wow Castro has more class than President Bush.. I guess when it comes down to it, we should be grateful for our lives that we have here. Try to help out those less fortunate. Donate a toy to kid that wouldn't get them otherwise, work in soup kitchen over the holidays, ring a bell at Kmart (thanks Dave) or at least put money in when you walk by, do something nice for someone who needs it and stay anonymous, send something to the troops in Iraq, when it snows shovel off the elderlies sidewalks just because, make a difference to someone less fortunate. Sorry getting off soapbox now.. Just a long month and stressful month. |
