| Re: snow amount predictions And dont forget.... we barely get any paid time off. Alot of people dont realize that the summer is unpaid time off. WE have a 10 month contract...that is stretched out over 12 months. Meaning that that 2 months off is unpaid. Unlike most of you when you are on vacation, your getting paid, we are not! But even with that I love my job, and do you really want people teaching your kids who are dont get anytime off.... meaning unrested, bored, underpaid, and underappreciated??? Well i guess thats what your getting anyway

| Re: snow amount predictions OK here is a teacher who loves her job, loves the time off, and doesn't bitch about the amount she is paid. Although, didn't get tuition help at all, so owe A LOT of money, but still I make decent money, and for myself and my kiddo...it's enough. Yes we get all those days off, and sometimes we get bonus trips like the one TG and I get to go on to D.C. in April during spring break...granted we have to work to get it, but it is available.
