I've been seeing this photo around, what do you make of it?

Mexicans are going to cross the border in unimaginable numbers forcing all Americans to move south in to Mexico. America will become known as New Mexico. The state of New Mexico will become the State Formally known as New Mexico. And the old Mexico will be called America 2: The Reckoning.

As much as I dont agree with it, there is the whole 1st amendment right. I believe it was flown that way to protest the proposal of building a wall so illegals had tougher time crossing the border

^Wouldn't that be like protesting the installation of alarms in U.S. houses as that would make it more difficult for thieves to break in illegally?

I'm a big supporter for free speech, but I believe that some of the "protests" would fall under stupid speech...

From what I understand, the US flag, when flown upside down is a distress signal.

That is correct,but somehow I dont think it was flown in distress.(If in fact,that is the flags flown outside of that school)

i make it out to be a bit of photoshopped trash made by some shit-stirrer
the shadows on the american flag are on the upside.... kinda impossible when the sun is usually above a flag pole, also the shadows are on the underside on the mexican flag, where they're supposed to be

Flags flying upside down was a distress signal during the Civil War I believe...not sure have to check my nerdy teacher files, but is rarely if ever used today because, well, duh why tell the enemy that you are in distress. It was also used if a camp had been taken over so that others knew that the camp was no longer "friendly". I don't know what these people are thinking, but as a nerdy teacher I know why they used to use it.

Maybe the person who "took" the picture thinks we're in some kind danger from Mexico. Also, if I remember right, no other flag is supposed to be flown above the US flag- on US soil anyway- and it's always supposed to be the highest when displayed with other flags.

That's true too...the American flag being the highest thing. The flag is also to be taken down at sundown, unless lighted from the bottom, so that whole flag on your car thing isn't right either, but let's not go there.

^Technically, flags on vehicles are legal, depending on location. (I guess)

According to Section 7b of the United States Flag Code:

"The flag should not be draped over the hood, top, sides, or back of a vehicle or of a railroad train or a boat. When the flag is displayed on a motorcar, the staff shall be fixed firmly to the chassis or clamped to the right fender."

Oh yeah, I clearly knew this all ahead of time...not.

Is flying a flag upside down anything like putting a stamp upside down on and envelope that your mailing? An upside down stamp means "LOVE".
