Advantages to touching yourself.
1. You know where you have been, no surprises.
2. No protection needed.
3. For girls...no cleanup.
4. For boys/girls...no babies.
5. If I don't wanna snuggle when I am done...I don't care.
6. I can do it when I want to (within limits of course).
7. I don't need a lot of foreplay with myself.
8. I don't care if I am thinking of someone else.
9. I can go right to sleep, and I don't snore.
10. I can watch porn or not as needed, and I don't think its dirty, or get jealous.
11. I know I will be there in the morning when I wake up.
12. I never fake it with myself.
13. I can jump right up and go do something else, and I don't care or get offended.
14. I can do it more than once with no recovery time.

Anyone else have anything to add?

Well I actually have handi-wipes next to the bed, that way I don't have to get up if I don't want to!
