other- for non-denominational christian. When asked what religion I usually say "American" and get a funny look. I figure it's my freedom to choose or not to choose.

Well the Lutheran religion is similar to the Catholic religion without so many rules to follow.... There for I all it the light version of Catholic....

I live my life the way I choose to live my life. My "standards,morals,etc.." already have been instilled into me by my parents. I walked away from the Catholic church about 16 years ago for personal reasons. So I hope that answers your question.

I went to about 15 differebt churches, when I was a teenager, Checking out the religous seen. I discovered something from that expierience. It was the fact that all a church is, is a meeting place for people to discuss their belief in God and their personal views on their beliefs....

I really had my eyes opened when I started to really pay attention to the people who attended church. 60% of them were the cleanest, most religous people on Sunday.... But come Monday, they were waiting for that first customer to come through their door and see how fast they could cheat them out of a penny....

I maintain my own personal views and faith, It's all I need.

I clicked Catholic, cuz I am for all intents and purposes. I know my rosary, believe in going to Mary (cuz when you want something you ask your mom not your dad), and have a catholc name after a saint. My daughter was cristened also, but the church and I have many differing points of view.
I don't go to church much cuz I don't think I need to. Maybe I am going to hell, but as long as they have beer...I'm cool.

I do not believe in A specific religion, I don't think you have to go to a church to worship, nor do you have to give money to a specific place. I am more spiritual than religious.
