Oh, and then I caught Greg Peterson from Action 3 news say at 5 o'clock yesterday.

"The first case of West Nile Virus showed up in Platte county, in western Nebraska"

Columbus (and its evil twin Duncan) is in Platte county, and that's not Western Nebraska. Its west of Omaha though, maybe that's what he meant.

Action 3 News seems to think that its important to put the live current temperature on their station all day, but they still can't get rid of that "Will the huskers make it to the college world series" poll!

Let's keep this our little secret. Let's see how long it takes for them to remove or replace it.

Since at least June 3rd, 2006, we've known the huskers weren't going to be in the CWS, yet, 2 months later, the poll on action 3 news still begs the question..
