Since it has been a some what sizeable controversy, up ther in Omaha. I thought I would put up this poll...

Yes. I do smoke. And I still enjoy it.... But the prices of Cigs. is definately being felt...

I am a smoker also, but wish I could quit. Not only for the wallet but for my health. I don't wan't to carry around an oxygen bottle when I get older. And now I'll get back off my soapbox.

Yeah.... I got hooked when I was 14... Both parents were chain smokers... They quit the day I went into the Army... (A connection

But my daughters are pretty well dead-sed-against it..... Hopefully........

I still smoke, but maybe less than a handful of cigs a week. But I've been doing better and better. It just seems to be when I'm around my friends that smoke. But heres some possible good news.... United Press International - NewsTrack - Anti-smoking drug shows promise

+1 for the non smoker group.

I think the main reason that I don't smoke today, is that I used to do it when I was much much younger, and it made me sicker than a dog one day. Yacking up blood and the such.

After that I pretty much decided to never even try it again.

I've been a smoker off and on since I was 13. I quite for a few years and started up again earlier this year. Every time I try to quit, Drama enters my life and says "Hey, just go out and buy ONE pack. You can quit after I leave." I hate that bitch.

I quit once when I joined the Army. But after basic training I was with a bunch that were smoking and decide to take a hit... Big mistake...

Never smoked and no desire, but the pressure is on those who do. Most of which are considerate and don't bother me. I am often more offended by the fanatical individuals who protest smoking. My two cents.

I don't care if anyone else smokes but I don't want it in my house. I don't like being trapped in a small area with smokers..I think that it is stupid that smokers can't smoke at zoos or parks (outdoors).

I'm with ya MMM!!! I don't smoke in my house, per say,.... But I do smoke in my basement den........ But it is ventalated to the outside...

Even though I am a smoker... I can't stand to get into a vehicle that has had a smoker in it..............

I guess I am just wierd..........

thender for once I don't think your wierd. I know alot of smokers who refuse to smoke in their cars and in their houses.

i even agree with banning smoking from restaurants, but not in bars. lets be honest nobody goes to a bar to get healthy.

I have never smoked in a restaurant. I can't stand smoking and eating. And I always wanted to be respectfull to ther people eating...
