So this weekend I feel.......I mean.............I know someone who was intoxicated and happened to fall into what seems to be a patch of cactuses (cati.....cactus's.....catus'....???)

Anyways, all the bigger needles came out easily that night. Now there are still some smaller ones, that are pretty much microscopic and won't even come out with tweezers in my lower....I mean....his lower legs.

Any ideas on how to remove these things? I have heard that the only hope is to wax me legs

rub some cortaid on "your friend" and tell him to try an antihistamine for the inflamation.

you're skin will become more plyable and may expel the needles

You might try rubbing the affected area on your "friend" with panty hose... It works to remove the fibers from fiberglass insulation from the skin... Next soak in a bathtub and wash the area with Lava soap... I've done this to remove stinging nettle...

if they are truely inbeded in the skin use a drawing sauve (sp) or my Gma used warm milk and bread I know sounds gross but it works

Plant stickers (e.g. stinging nettle), cactus spines or fiberglass spicules are difficult to remove because they are fragile.

Usually they break when pressure is applied with a tweezers:

Wax Hair Remover: Apply a layer of wax hair remover. Let it air dry for 5 minutes or accelerate the process with a hair dryer. Then peel it off with the spicules. Most will be removed. The others will usually work themselves out with normal shedding of the skin
Tape: Another option is to lightly touch the area with packaging tape or another very sticky tape

Take a sock. Fill it with feces. Dog,human,doesn't matter. Then rub all over the spots. Not only will you get the problem solved, but you'll pick up all the chicks at the same time.
