Tell us about your favorite little "Mom & Pops" or "Hole in the Wall" restaurant. I want to hear about the places that don't have money to advertise but rely on word of mouth to stay in business.

One of my favorites is Netties on Railroad ave in Bellevue. Awesome Mexican food !!!

Grumpy's Grill on 30th St. He is grumpy, but can cook up a good burger.

Bottom Road Bar in Morse Bluff, NE. they have awsome burgers, it's located about 45 mins west of Omaha. It was one of the stops on TnT's tour de toad & tour de chub.

Two miles south of Donnie's home town.

We went there when it first opened and had a horrible experience. Got our name on the list to be seated. Waited for over a half hour to find that people who arrived behind us were being seated. They somehow marked us off the list and forgot us. It was another 15 minutes to be seated. The manager at the time came over to apologize and bought our breakfast. I don't know if it was josh at the time or not. I thought the food was pretty good but my wife tends to hold grudges, you know women :)

I miss going to the old Denny's in Bellevue back in my early twenties after a night at the bar. The place would be full of drunks at 2:00 am and it was always a good time. It's a wonder the wait staff never called the cops on the place.

bud, as far as free food goes i work thursday thru monday 7-5. this place sucked when i took over almost 2 years ago. we are not perfect by any means, but we are 100% better and getting better every day. stop by soometime and "name drop". i think i know a guy that can hook you up.
