| The stickiest of the ickiest ![]() | Tenacious D - The Pick of Destiny I finally broke down and had to go and see this movie last night...... It was a decent movie, your typical JB and KG humor. I would not pay to go and see it again, but when it comes out on DVD I will probably go pick it up. I won't mention much about the movie in case others are going to see it, but the part where Satan comes back to claim his tooth is great.

| Re: Tenacious D - The Pick of Destiny couple of other movie reports... Borat - was pretty good, there were some funny parts in it, worth seeing once, but like the Pick of Destiny, wouldnt pay to see twice. Jackass 2 - not sure if this type of humor is for everyone, but i laughed the entire way through the movie. Cant remember the last time i laughed this hard. I would probably go back to this movie a few times, and still buy the DVD. |

| The stickiest of the ickiest ![]() | Re: Tenacious D - The Pick of Destiny I'll throw in another movie review for a movie that I saw last night. The movie is called "accepted". I'm sure you have all probably seen previews for it, but it's basically about a kid who can not get into college so he starts a fake college to try to fool his parents. I would classify it in the same area as a Van Wilder type of movie. It was friggin hillarious! That one is definitely going to be part of the personal collection soon.

| The stickiest of the ickiest ![]() | Re: Tenacious D - The Pick of Destiny The worst movie I watched this week by far was called "The Woods". If you ever have a choice between watching that movie and having your finger smashed by a hammer, you had better choose the hammer. It's less pain and it's over quicker.

| Re: Tenacious D - The Pick of Destiny Finally took Tyler's advice & watched Brokeback Mountain this week. He's right, its not a bad movie and I became a pussy @ the end when I thought the movie was sad.

I too took this advice. Damn I wish I could have back my 2 hours. Probably one the most boring, terrible movies ever. I had no problem with the 2 guys sucking face, but I just kept waiting for something to happen and it never did. The relationship with his daughter seemed to go unresolved. I barely even considered that a love story. I really can't see why anyone thinks this movie is so great. I think TnT keep talking it up to show up how liberal. | |
