Mine is pretty self explanatory too.
My mom lives in a teeny tiny town in Kansas and all 200 people call me "Omaha" so the only place I've ever been popular is in a town where they don't even know my real name..dammit !...
And "Momma" is the name I hear 14 billion times a day...and all night in my sleep.

My name is Lynne...hi I'm Lynne and I'm an alcoholic, anyway the "bits" part comes from my dad. When I was born he said I was a little bit of a thing at 22 inches, 9lbs 8ozs. Sick sense of humor my dad, wonder where I get it.

I assume there are some dumb people who pronounce it wrong? My whole life people have spelled it Lynn instead of Lynne, and pronounced my last name, which is Pedersen, wrong. It is pronounced Peterson, but am Danish, so it is spelled wrong...blame my grandad. Oh God, now you all know my full name!

Very wrong. My poor son was having his wrestling photos handed out to him at practice last night and they said "Dylan Douche"... I had it all thru school too. It wasn't kids poking fun, it was teachers trying to pronounce it.

I have heard douche, dy-tch, detch, dooowatch...you name it.

I feel your pain. Never had a problem with the first name, obviously. But, for some odd reason Peterman tends to come out of people's mouths as Pedderman.

My grandfather had always had a problem with his last name.... It was German like Deutsch. It is Trachte... Pronounced tract-ee... But I have heard it pronounced tra-shit-ee.... I thought he was going to deck the lil' gal behind that desk....

Mine is easy. I had to email a guy that works for United Health Care and his name as Dick.Payne@blahblah.com. I laughed out loud for minutes after reading his name. So I took it. I use this email address when I sign up for stuff and I didn't want people to know my real identity. I guess it's too late now.
