 | Sponsors needed for Walk & Roll for Disabilities My wife and kids are doing a "Walk & Roll for Disabilities" event for the Munroe Meyer Institute, at UNMC on Sunday February 18th. The purpose of the event is to benefit Munroe-Meyer Institute's adult recreation services and programs, and to raise awareness and understanding of individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the community. The institue has been very useful and beneficial to my wife's niece Abbey and her family, so that's the main reason why we're doing the walk. | Re: Sponsors needed for Walk & Roll for Disabilities Thanks to everybody that pledged money and support for the walk, Abbey's group was the second largest group in the walk (the Munroe-Meyer Institute staff was the largest), and TnTU.net donated $120 to the fundraiser, and a grand total of over $30,000.
