I think the store refills periodically, maybe daily, I'll find out, or maybe I won't.

There are various "immunity" options available to buy to prevent someone from changing your avatar, title, etc, in this category:

Immunity only lasts a week, so make sure to stop and buy another if you want to save your dignity.

If you go back to the immunity option to try to buy it again, and it asks you if you want to "remove" that option, that means your immunity is still active.
