Todd and Tyler Unauthorized Forums

This is probably a stupid question, but I thought I'd ask it anyway.

Since Todd & Tyler have a My Space page, how come there isn't an accompanying Todd & Tyler discussion group on My Space as well?

I'm guessing the obvious answer is because there is already one right here at TnT Unauthorized. But since My Space also has discussion groups, I'd think at least SOMEONE would attempt to start one there.

About 7 years ago, I started a TnT discussion group on Yahoo. I maintained it for about 8 months and it acquired about 3 members, including myself. And one member hated TnT. I was also on TnTU at the time, but I preferred Yahoo cause you actually got posts sent to you. But then, My space doesn't do that either.

But my original question stands: Why isn't there a Todd & Tyler discussion group on My Space?

Why make it harder than it should be.... Say what you want here, but keep it clean....

I do want to make an analogy here....

When I was in the Army, I walked away from my tool box and left it unsecured. My Sergent found it and hid it from me... Tried teaching me a lesson...

The next week, I found his tool box unsecured, and I did the same thing.... I hid it... He was pissed! He said I couldn't do that to him...

BULLSHIT!!!

What's good for the goose, is good for the gander!!!!

Same should apply here.....

That's why I started my thread by saying "This is probably a stupid question, but I thought I'd ask it anyway". Because there might be some stray fan who would just start their own group for the hell of it.

How would having another discussion group make it harder? It'd just be less popular.

The same would apply on a My space group. But I've seen some pretty gritty things said on this group.

Toad - I think you answered all of your questions.. You had a site but with only three members and one hated them. One of the BIG things about TnTU is this is a fan site.. For FANS.. That is why we get the TnT love.. We do say when we don't like something but we don't hate or bash.

SR, stop now...... There is not a single one of us on here that ca say he/she honestly agrees with everything they say. Including myself. But there are ways to voice your disapproval without making it sound like hate.

SR, don't turn this into a melodrama, there is nothing to stop you from starting a MySpace discussion group or resurrecting it to give the show your "critique".

I don't use myspace that much, and most of TnT's audience are older, and aren't into myspace.

I know I'm the new kid, so maybe I don't know what I'm talking about. BUT, SR, you sound really angry. How come? You sounded really defensive from the beginning to me - and remember that I'm ALMOST an outsider on this. (Too new to really have formed any opinions about other members, etc.)
