There may be a change in the Throcks system in the future. There is an upgrade available for the base Throcks system, but it costs a little money, and although I don't mind paying for a good system, it is also an encrypted module. The reason its encrypted, in my opinion, is so vulnerabilities can't be found in it, like the current version had.

Anyway, from my investigation, I've found out that there's a better product out there, but some things will have to change, namely, the lottery system (replaced by a "true" daily lottery), thieving system (it may go away), and gift giving (it may go away). Bank interest and similar features are included. The arcade system is not affected.

The new system would also bring video poker, blackjack, slots, and a different lottery, and a betting pool (I think this would replace vbookie). Plus a 10 player Texas Hold'em poker game.

Just an FYI. I don't have a specific timeline when this will happen, but I might have some supporting members do some testing during the Chrismas break.

If vbookie was replaced, the new "sports pool" would work like this...

Payout on the event is always 100% of the pot, divided amongst the winners based on the portion they put in, so there are no fixed odds or odds entered. So if no one bets on the loosing outcome, return is exactly what you put in. On the otherside if someone bets 1 on the winning outcome, and others had put a total of 5000 on the losing outcome, betting 1 gives you a 5001 return.
