Anybody here watch 42-1 or 42-2 in high definition using the over the air signal?

If you do, does it ever go out?

The past few days there have been times when I have gotten 0% signal.

If Best Buy takes throcks, can I take out a personal loan?

42's hi-def OTA signal blows, and I would not be surprised if it has dropped out a few times recently

I have better luck watching Fox in 720p on 44.1 from Sioux City, I believe

Gotta have a back up plan to watch the Daytona 500 in HD.

My HDTV set-up at home is quite a bit north of your location, but I hope you might find some luck in your endeavor to have a "plan B"

Tried last night. 0% on Sioux City channels. :(

So far Fox42 has been up since I posted this. Hopefully it was just a maintance thing that they now have fixed.

^That was most likely the case--I imagine they are checking everything so it doesn't fail tomorrow

Can you imagine the mayhem if their signal were to disappear?

Really? What channels are they on? I wonder if I need the "other" HD receiver. I need to work 'em to get that other HD receiver, or I'm switching to Dish.

They are right next to the SD channels.

I got my first HD DVR for free just for being a long time customer and threatening to switch to Dish about 6 or so months ago. My parents just did the same about a month ago and go a free HD DVR.

Give em hell.

Yeah, I was informed of the newly available channels last week, early if I remember correctly.

This is great news--now I can DVR the Masters weekend in HD, and of course the upcoming NCAA tournament madness
