| What is your ultimate beverage? This is to continue the off topic version of the "your mom" thread started elsewhere. Dracula was drinking 25 year old The Macallan scotch for a special occasion and I mentioned that my hubby also drinks that for special occasions but he just hadn't had the chance to have the 25 year old. So, here's my question....what do you want to drink to celebrate/toast a special occasion? I rarely drink alcohol, so I guess my answer would be champagne du jour.

Which it has been waaaaay too long since I've had to do that now that I think about it. *Note to self get wasted soon* I pretty much stick to Mich Light or Bud Light nowadays...every once in a while I sneak in a shot or two. |

| Re: What is your ultimate beverage? Also, for a bit cheaper, hubby likes to get Jack Daniel's Single Barrel. I've taken the tour at the Jack Daniel's plant a couple of times. I'd advise anyone heading near Lynchburg, TN to take the tour as it's very interesting. At the end of the tour, they talk about people being able to purchase a whole barrel. For about $8,500 you can stop by JD's Distillery, and go into their storehouse to pick a barrel. The barrel will then be drained into about 240 fifth bottles, and shipped to you along with a customized sticker and a brass plaque and framed certificate of ownership. A JD representative said, "Well, so far we've sold about 600 barrels. We've even had some repeat customers." Got enough friends to pool together $8,500?
