10.Rachet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal (PS2)

Never played it, but it looks fun.

9.Guitar Hero (PS2)

No real interest in that one.

8.Halo 2 (Xbox)

7.World of Warcraft (PC & Mac)

No interest.

6.Burnout 3: Takedown (PS2 & Xbox)

Looks cool

5.Half-Life 2 (PC & Xbox)

Never played it but would like too.

4.Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (GC and Wii)

Great game.

3.God of War (PS2)

Also a great game.

2.Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (Xbox, PC and Mac)

I wonder if ob1 has played this.

1.Resident Evil 4 (GC, PS2 and Wii)

I like the Resident Evil series, yet somehow I haven't played this game.

I'm watching a repeat of X-Play right now and they're showing their review of Mortal Kombat Armageddon on the Wii.

What doesn't make any sense about the review is the fact that they gave it a 4 out of 5, but they gave the PS2 version a 2 out of 5 despite the fact that there are only a few little differences between the two versions.

Not only that but all of the stuff they labled as bad in the PS2 version was labled as good in the Wii version!

That show is going downhill.

Out of the XPlay Top 10, i'd have to say that I played the first Resident Evil on the Dreamcast, and thought it was a piece of crap, and have avoided every other one, isn't it just a shooter?

I understand that it's just a list of games they've reviewed, which really doesn't mean anything does it? Ratchet and Clank at #10? Don't they do a review every episode? I certainly wouldn't put that in the top 10. But whatever.

How about the Gaming Championships on DirecTV channel 101? Anybody watching that.

I watch New York and Chicago (I think) play the newer version of Counter Strike (half life 2 engine?). I was wondering if they let competitors set up a key map list of their weapon commands prior to the game. Because that's the fastest way to buy weapons in CS at the beginning of matches.

Only Resident Evil 2 and 3 are on Dreamcast.

As for the Wii, The only game on that console I know of that they gave a 1 was a Tomagatchi (sp?) party game.

I forgot to mention that Resident Evil: Code Veronica is also on Dreamcast, which was kind of dumb of me since I actually own it.

X-Play mentioned other games on that top 10 episode.

They mentioned their favorite 4's, which are games that got a 4 out of 5.

1.Katamari Demacy (PS2)

I don't really see the appeal of that game.

2.Psychonauts (PS2, Xbox and PC)

It looks interesting.

3.Shadow of the Colossus (PS2)

Also looks interesting.

I haven't bought a new game in over a month. I mainly spend time playing Marvel Vs Capcom 2 on my Dreamcast. I think I've played that game more than any other game in the history of life! I'm also really into mugen. Does anybody know what 'mugen' is? Or 'Winmugen'?

I haven't bought any new games in quite awhile, either. I like the puzzle/strategy type games like the one I'm playing now. I'm thinking of getting the newest one in the series.

There are some games I'm looking forward to such as Legend of Zelda:Phantom Hourglass, Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3, Super Mario Galaxy, Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Power Rangers Super Legends....(I'm sure I'm alone on that last one...)

I'd like to hear what some of you guys are looking forward to.

Still working on Zelda: Wind Waker's side quests... Then I might get Twilight Princess.... Just have to wait and see if I want to invest in Wii or get it for the game cube....

And that's a good game Donnie. I've played it before. But it's not as good as this one.

Its Kotaku, the Gamer’s Guide. I think you'd like it Tony, its got a lot of japanese news, and I think the editor/owner lives in Japan, and always talks about those types of games that I don't play, seems to be a big Wii fan to, but they throw in other news too.

I am looking foward to Mario Galaxy and of course Smash Brothers as well. I am also looking forward to Rockband coming out. I don't own a PS3 but my friend does and he has already reserved the rockband package.

I just got Resident Evil 4 Wii version. It is a lot of fun so far. It handles pretty well, from what I hear it is what they were hoping Red Steel was going to be.

Oh, I would LOVE to get Rockband. THAT is a game I would definitely have... if I was single. Plus, if it has wirless controllers for the xbox 360, that would even been sweeter.

In the last month I've beaten Metroid Prime 3, Bioshock, and Halo 3. Bioshock is by far the best game of the year. Metroid and Halo were fun and really good games though too. I'm looking forward to Mario Galaxy, Smash Bros, Rock Band, Mass Effect, and I'll probably pick up the Orange Box to pass the time. Plus I've never played Half Life 2.

No, this girl bought it for me and had it overnighted as well. I got it at about 6 pm and had it beaten by 1 pm the next day. I also worked an 8 hour shift in between that time. Single player is really fun, but I think the multiplayer and online is where the real gameplay is at. I just need to get Xbox Live.

I've got the game myself, playing the campaign, but haven't spent a lot of time with it yet. I love the fact that you can make clips of your progress, and create screen shots. I've only been able to create a film clip in a multiplayer battle, I haven't been able to create one in single player.

The biggest problem with the "theatre" in single player is having to fast forward through everything to get to the shot you want to see, and there doesn't seem to be a rewind, so if you miss it, you have to start over.

Look me up sometime (LankBadly) and we can coop, or at least, try to coop.

Bioshock looks amazing, I downloaded the demo, but haven't been able to finish it because there isn't a save feature, so I have to start from the beginning each time.

Is the Orange Box a repackaging of half life and half life 2, or is it something different? The only half life I ever played was the version you had to get to add the counter strike mod on.

Here is an example of the type of movie clip you can make with Halo 3. This is a great and lucky grenade placement in a multiplayer slayer battle.

Oh I plan on getting Live. I need to get internet hooked up at my apartment. I'll probably just end up getting Cox, but I don't know what tier I should get.

The Orange Box is actually 5 games for 60 bucks. You get Half Life 2, Half Life 2: Episode 1, Half Life 2: Episode 2, Portal, and Team Fortress 2.

The Bioshock Demo is basically the first level of the game. Once you finish the demo you'll want to play more.
