Just picked up "The Legend of Zelda, Phantom Hourglass" Last night, for the DS. I have to say so far this turning out to be a great game. The game play is great too with almost all actions being done with the stylis... I've been through one boss fight so far and using the boomerang was neat.

Sounds good. I'm not sure when I'll buy it. There are too many other games I'm interested in getting besides this one.

One question about the game. Is playing the game with the stylis easy to get used to?

Very easy, I didn't think it was gonna be but hack and slash with the sword is easier than with the controller on the game cube and a lot faster. Cannon fire is a lot easier at sea too. Just tap the bad guy and you never miss...

I did not know that....which is sad... I guess I'm too busy learning more about DBZBT3.

It's not too surprising that Sonic is in SSBB. It's nice that it's actually confirmed though.

I just watched a youtube video showing every playable character in DBZBT3. If I counted correctly, there are 161 playable characters.

That includes all forms/transformtions as seperate characters since they have a different moveset depending on which form they are in.

I think DBZBT2 has around 120 playable characters.

I can't wait until mid November!

Those DBZ games have never been my cup of tea. Soul Calibur has always been my fighting game of choice.

I've played the first two Soul Caliber games. I couldn't really get into either one. Although playing as Link in the GC version of Soul Caliber 2 was pretty cool.

I didn't play much of the second one. It was all about the first one on Dreamcast for me.

SSBB was delayed until Feb. 10th?! WTF?!?!

All I can think about is that Reggie guy from Nintendo saying that this and Super Mario Galaxy WOULD make their dates. Obviously that was a lie...At least for this game. Hopefully Mario Galaxy will still come out on Nov. 13th.

Now through Saturday Oct. 20th, you can buy ANY 2 video games and get a 3rd game free at Toys R Us.

So, if anyone was thinking about updating their game collection, now is the time to do it.

Just got done with my 6th boss battle in Phantom Hourglass... I have to say this game is pretty damn addictive.... With all the boss battles and baddies on the high seas, I just hope I'm not beating the shit out of my DS screen!

On another note, it has some touches added from Animal crossing. One, you get a shovel to dig for goodies and two, you get a fishing rod to complete a side quest for some goodies and a heart container.

Going after sunken treasure is a bit more challenging now in that you get to guide your claw to the bottom of the sea and back up again.

So far it's pretty damn good.

Sweet! I just found out that not only does Contra 4 come out next week, it will have the NES versions of Contra and Super Contra as unlockables. Those games kick ass!

Call of Duty 4 is out now. Somewhere (gamespot?) you can buy Call of Duty 4 and get Call of Duty 3 too!

I'm still playing Halo at the moment, don't have time for anything else.

If you're a halo freak, here's a web site that shows you how to make your own 3-D Halo screen shots! pretty cool if you have 3-D glasses (red/cyan type). Luckily, I have my 2007 Swimsuit edition next to me, which includes a free pair of 3-D glasses!

The new Call of Duty game and the new Need for Speed game both look really good. I'm not sure what they cost, but they probably aren't cheap.

I finished LOZ: Phantom Hourglass less than 2 hours ago. It's a pretty good game. It's a bit easy though. Even the final boss was easy once I figured out how to damage him.

Most of the side games were pretty fun. I wasn't a big fan of fishing in this game though.

Good game overall. I didn't think it was as fun as Twilight Princess or Minish Cap, but it was still worth the purchase.

I put mine up a couple of weeks ago because I just don't have the time to get into it right now... I'm at the place where I need to go to the temple again for the 4th map...

I think the fishing bites to... I still need that big ass fish for the heart container And I still can't master the fricken Arrow game...

Since I've beaten The Orange Box and Halo 3 and don't have Xbox Live yet, I'll be getting Super Mario Galaxy and Assassins Creed next week.

So the orange box is repackaged half life games? I don't get it. I don't know why it would be such a great game if that's all it is, the price seems reasonable for everything you get though. Isn't Half Life 2 a seven year old game?

I went through Halo 3 on Heroic, and I'm doing it through Legendary now, I'm on "the flood" level (Cortana?). Its a bitch to get through.
