| Straight Pimpin ![]() | XBOX Live Identify Theft? I got a phone call from Microsoft's XBOX Live service asking me to fill out a survey after my call to XBOX Live customer support on 10/10 at 2:30am. I told them that I didn't call XBOX Live customer support on 10/10, especially at 2:30am. They said that I could just ignore the survey then, but they wouldn't tell me who it was that called. I'm going to do more digging into this because I think I heard about this before. A group of folks to to get XBOX Live account information by making customer service calls.
