| Wanted for flood victims I know a family that lives in Missouri Valley and their house STILL has 4 ft of water in it. He works for the city animal control and he is married and has an 11 year old son. Our animal volunteer group is trying to get some things together for them for an apartment. They had flood insurance but it only covers the house and not their personal property for floods. So basically they have lost everything. If anyone has a bed or mattress that they no longer need and would be interested in donating it - please let me know - I will pick it up. He is a very hard worker and a very dedicated family man, who has basically lost everything. Thanks.. |
