| who wants to "bend" my instrument? oh us artsy types... keeping in line with my starving artist goals, i am in need of branching out to video (no, not porn, sorry mike) i acquired some years ago a camera of most uniquiness it is a PXL-2000 and it records on to standard audio cassette tapes... since it was made in 1987 it is a little lacking in our modern technology but take heart, there are upgrades and this is where i need help i have already had the belts replaces (a moot move considering what i need done) and have removed the infamous "blue square" (a filter that has become clouded over the past 20 years) and now we've come to something beyond my abilities... i am wishing to install an RCA-out port in order to send the signal to a side camera this is what i need done cline-company.com/pxl2000/ ~ View topic - PXL 2000 RCA Output Mod Guide in order to achieve this cline-company.com/pxl2000/ ~ View topic - PXL 2000 + Aiptek MPVR = Easy PXL Movies! if you have the circuitry knowledge, please contact me

| Re: who wants to "bend" my instrument? oh yeah, i've seen this guy's site for years, he's good, got a good rep, but having the belts replaced only cost me $40, i took out the "blue square" myself the tapedeck i've cleaned and cleaned and can't get a good picture from the playback which is why i'm going to hook it up to a digital camera all the other stuff he does to the camera i don't really need, i can do that digitally

| Re: who wants to "bend" my instrument? I've had similar results using a camcorder with VHS tape. Record an image then playback on a b&w TV. Re-record the image on a camcorder with the TV as the source. it gives the image that "1953 cathode ray TV" quality.... and mikes absolutely right.....it makes great antique porn
