Thats' been one big question, I don't believe theres been a word from ESPN since the CBA, I'll bet that ABC will cover the later games or weekends like they have previously. I have the NHL center ice package and sirius XM radio (which has a plan with the NHL) I keep up on all my games.

I was reading that they are negotiating with FX and USA. USA seems likely because they are owned by NBC and i think that they still have games on that contract.

Over or under: Ricky Williams having 800 rushing yards this season?

I say over by quite a few yards. Even though he's going to miss four games because of his suspension, I honestly see him busting it out like Jerome Bettis this past season. I also think Miami will win eight games this season, but I'm SO wrong.

They have that rookie running back they took in the first round, so he'll probably start right out of the gate. Remember though, he is a rookie. It'd be stupid to keep Ricky Williams and not try and play the hell out of him.

For one,I absolutely despise the Cowboys.Now even more 'cause they have my quarterback from last year.But realistically,He's getting old and he can't scramble,so it all depends on the O-line in front of him.Whether they will give him time to throw. B)

i don't think i'd bet the skers on that one. the pink skirts will have to face a D-I o-line that loves to run block, this week. not to mention the skers o-line will have to face D-I talent coming at them on defense. of the games wake forrest lost last year, most of them were by less than 7 points. but if you want to give me the demon deacons and 7-1/2 i'm in.

Sorry, I say fiction. Bledsoe is one concussion away from wearing footy pajamas and drooling in a cup. Yes, Bill Parcells has done a great job with his former teams: Giants-2 Super Bowls, Patriots-Super Bowl appearance and Jets-AFC Champs twice. But the Cowboys don't have the caliber of talent those teams had.

it's hard to disagree about bledsoe. but the tuna seems to have a knack for getting people to play above their talent level. not all of his playoff and even super bowl teams were lined with hall of famers with the exception of the first giants team.

Here's a question for you guys regarding College football. Do you think the Big 12 needs to be re-done? Instead of the North and South, maybe the East and West. Because everybody knows all the Big 12 is which North team gets their asses handed to them by the South.

By the way, I am in no means a Husker/Big 12 fan. I a fan of the Hawkeyes and the Big 10. Even though there is 11 teams in the Big 10.:silly:

the big xii definitely needs to do something as does the ncaa in general. how about play offs? every other division in the ncaa has football play offs. use the bowls as the play off system so those ass holes can have their money and we can have a real national champion.

I am one of the biggest hawkeye fans in fremont. My dad was always a huge hawkeye fan and that kinda got passed down to me. I am such a hawkeye geek that I listened to the radio webcast of Ball State on yahoo AFTER the game was over so I knew what happened. Are you going to a game this year? ME = Hawkeye Love;)

On the topic of college football- the Goldenrods won the opener against Ohio State 45-13 And Dikoti Fagg from Florida State transfered to play reciever for the Rods

^ Holy Crap! I'm the same way. My dad is a huge Hawkeye fan too. My brother became a Colorado fan so he passed the love on Hayden Fry, Kinnick Stadium, the black and gold, the Rose Bowl, etc. down to his youngest daughter. I live in Iowa so we watch every game on Iowa's Fox station. I haven't been to a game since I was a kid. Hawkeyes=My True Love

Wow, I just did some hardcore geeking on the Hawkeyes. I hope that doesn't lower my attreactiveness status. I have meant a lot of guys who don't like me because I knows sports. I think most of the time it's because I know more than them. :)
