 | TnT Unauthorized's Official SPORTS Thread I know we're not all geeks on this website...there has to be some sports fans on here; I'm sure there's more than I think. I'm watching the second game of the Super-regional between Nebraska and Miami...winner goes to the CWS. So anyway, use this to talk about sports. I'll do a little ESPN deal right now and fact and fiction it. Fact or fiction: The San Antonio Spurs WILL win the NBA Finals (already being up 1 game to 0)?

Sport fans, are themselves, a geek contingent of their own. :laugh: Once in awhile I can watch College Football, but nothing else. I do get into Shooting Sports though. Such as Trap shooting, Skeet shooting, Cowboy action shooting, and trick pistol shooting. I also like Civil War re-enactments. (Boy! That goes against everything TnT stands for!) Oh well, I still like to listen. However, I do like to hear the outcomes and scores of Nebraska, Iowa, and Missourri games. :laugh:

Friggin' Robert Horry is of all people are out playing Detroit. Anyway, I'm happy to see UNL in the College World Series as well. I actually follow college baseball around this time. Just like I'd watch the hockey playoffs and not the season. Ya' know...when things are actually INTERESTING.

That throw to home to stop the third run from scoring in about the fifth was fantastic. Nebraska plays Florida next I believe in the winner's bracket. Nebraska in the CWS (thus far): 4-1.
