Bad week, went 2 for four but got my upset special. couple of upsets that surprised me (like UCLA). Lou Holtz said Penn State was potentially the best top 10 team in the country. My really early predictions. Texas - USC rose bowl. Texas National Champs by winning 34-20. Reggie bush gets the heisman. And carries on the heisman jinx. Nebraska misses bowl game. Alabama gets screwed out of Rose Bowl after an undefeated season.

edit: I'm removing my prediction for Bama getting screwed, they will lose to LSU this week so the BCS will end up with two undefeated. Sorry Cyber, but LSU is coming around. I could see Miami or Penn State causing some disruption in the system.

This week:

Notre Dame - Gonna get nine wins and a BCS bid.
LSU - Upset's Bama, just a hunch
Nebraska - Must win for the huskers

Upset Special - Iowa over wisconsin.

due to the fact that anything can happen in a game when two bad teams play that are desperate. but i think last home game and senior day give the huskers a hot start, and while kstate stays with them, the huskers put it away in the 4th with a long rushing drive. NU 27 - KSU 17

remember that a long rushing drive for the huskers is about 5-6 yards. LOL. I do think that senior day/home atmosphere will do wonders for picking the huskers up. I forsee a 34-13 final in favor of the huskers. But who know, Evridge could shine in NE. I think he'll play very very well. Watch out for him tomorrow.

I would like to be an optimist, but now our so called 'top O lineman' is out and I watched the bottom dwellers of the big 12 demolish us so it is just hard to think they will win. Maybe I am using reverse psychology

I think I'm being optimistic, I'm predicting nebraska to win, fo rthe sake of keepi the NE suicide rate down. if K-State walks into Memorial Stadium and wins, wives and dogs will get kicked around, and beer will flow like water. Bill callahan might need security while leaving.

in their last 3 games the skers are averaging 16.8 INCHES per carry.

Next week: in Minnesota, only the second time the Hawkeyes have played Minnesota for the last game of the season and they are fighting for Floyd of Rosedale.

4 for 5 last week. Should have been five of five, but nobody else but me noticed Gonzalez for Ohio State run out of bounds on the 35 yard catch. HE WAS NOT PUSHED. Ineligible receiver folks. but oh well

. I just hope UCLA pulls the upset bid, and penn state plays for the national title. Wouldn't that be a news story for paterno.
