Streak that is...Nebraska's 36 game winning streak comes to an end...you know I am sure glad that Hot Dog Boy saved us from mediocrity :blink:

Pathetic showing? Yes it was.But I avoided his press crap afterwards on purpose after this past week.I am not in the mood to hear anything from him right now.B)

i rather enjoyed it. ya'll are going to have to get rid of callahan and pedersen to bring the program back. the only way to get rid of them sooner is to quit financially supporting the program now and write harvey pearlman.

I watched the Firday night game with Ohio since I had a vested interest in it ( $$ ) anyway the commentators were hammering Nebraska they said Never once did Frank Solich embarass the program as Clanahan has done the past two years after the Oklahoma game and they also said since firing Solich the program has gone 10-9 ...keep in mind that was before Kansas throttled the Huskers, so the program has gone 10-10 since firing Solich AND there is no way they beat Colorado in Boulder, ..they MIGHT beat K ST in Lincoln and if they do the record since firing Solich will be 11-11....VERY NICE.....as I said I am sure glad that Hot Dog Boy saved us from mediocrity:blink:

Last night, I was actually trying to have a civil conversation with a bunch of Husker Freak. I think I might of had a small stroke. Anywho, they told me, 'I can't handle it. We'll be back on top in 5 years. That is when I'll start following them again'. If Husker Freaks are such dedicated fans, shouldn't they stick through the 'bad times'? I'm a born and raised Hawkeye fan. *High fives teamriot38* Do you know how much crap I have taken from Husker Freak? When I tell a Nebraska fan, that I'm not a Husker fan and actually a Husker Hater, they give me this look of total disbelief, shock, appall, etc. I'll even give you guys a little hope. Iowa's Head Coach Kirk Ferentz didn't have a great start either. Here's their records under Ferentz when he started in 1999:
1st: 1-10
2nd: 3-9
3rd: 7-5
4th: 11-2
5th: 10-3
6th: 10-2
7th: 5-4
Husker Freak is not a very patient breed. It'll take some time for Nebraska to dig out of the gutter.

Yeah, try being a KU fan (read: HUSKER HATER) on campus...

I keep my thoughts to myself, primarily, but the Husker fans I do know down here in Lincoln (that won't murder me for going against their freak religion that is BIG RED football) were taking heaps of crap from me over the KU win ;))
