Cox screwed up on my Sports game package, customer service sold it to me on terms that if there were a Husker PPV game, I would recieve that PPV on my game package channels...So I thought, What the heck, why not? I'd get my moneys worth on Husker PPV games. Well, this is not the case. So, I spoke kindly with the supervisor, had him remove my game package and now got my Husker PPV games for 1/2 price. It pays to be kind sometimes even when you are super heated over shit. |
