mike, norvell didn't do much because callahan called the plays. cosgrove will be missed, but there is Sr. leadership on the defense so keep the faith.

I can take Norvell leaving. But Cosgrove has done decent.

Latest word is he says he's not a candidate for the job. So now we wait.

Well if I listened to Jim Rome then I would have gotten the reference. However, I'd have to disagree with him. I don't see the resemblence.
