Todd and Tyler spent some time talking about the dynamics of Christmas shopping this morning. Men, for the most part, hate to shop any time of the year but their hatred for the event is amplified around the holiday season. Anyway, they got some calls on the topic and discussed shopping amongst themselves. The show was promptly body-slammed when Donnie came in and contorted a shopping story into a “redneck shoplifting” tale. Well, some of the neck listeners took that as their cue to call in their very own redneck shoplifting stories. TnT let it go on for a while because in between each of the redneck calls, there was either a security guard or an officer of the law checking in to dispute the idiotic rumors being spread among the neck population. Also regarding Christmas, there was some talk about people who go a little wacko with the Christmas decorations. It was towards the middle of the show so it didn’t last for very long.

Jeff Dunham from the Funny Bone came in today. Simply put, Jeff’s the ventriloquist with the old man doll, the pepper on a stick and the purple monkey-looking thing that resembles a Fragle on an 8-ball/ecstasy bender. You think I’m kidding?  He brought in his old man doll today. TnT spent a majority of the discussion talking to the doll (which they hate to do but just couldn’t help it). They talked about Jeff’s career, the TV shows he’s been on and all the other normal things hosts ask guests. Jeff didn’t stick around for long, however. He and his doll were tired and wanted a nap so after about an hour and a half, he left. Jeff will be appearing at the Bone tonight and tomorrow night. Larry the Cable Guy checked in today and gave TnT a commentary about participating in a church’s singing tree. It was pretty humorous. Maybe Larry can check in from something other than a piece of crap phone someday.

The band Headspace came in and played a Christmas tune for TnT to start off the “TnT Holiday Week- and a Half of Local Bands Doing Christmas Tunes” celebration. It will be referred to as the TnTHWaaHoLBDCT from this point on…just to avoid any confusion… Anyway, Headspace played a very cool version of “Santa Claus is Coming” and then covered a Pink Floyd song. They’ll be appearing at the Ranch Bowl on Sunday so stop on out and catch the show.

For some reason, Donnie and a hottie from Hooters named Jamie went to the Wal-Mart on 84th to cause some trouble. Donnie rode around the store for about 5 minutes on a bike but no one seemed to care. Finally, the employee in charge of putting the bikes together asked Donnie to stop. He went on the air with TnT and seemed pretty cool. Afterwards, Donnie and the hottie went to the bra section. Our favorite neck put on a huge bra and then asked another employee if she thought the bra would fit his girlfriend. He must have scared her because the employee promptly left. In his 3rd and final attempt to be kicked out of Wal-Mart, Donnie and the box went to the electronics section. He turned on a huge stereo to Z-92. TnT then started yelling over the radio (being played very loudly so the whole store could hear it) various things that could possibly get Donnie kicked out. After a few minutes, Donnie and the box were escorted out of the store. It was pretty funny.

Tonight is the last Monday Night Football game of the season in which Todd and Tyler will be appearing at Hooters. Defiantly stop on out and see the guys tonight. There will be beer and food specials as well as all the fun and excitement that accompany Todd and Tyler everywhere they go.

Tomorrow, the guys are going to send Donnie and another box out and about to cause more holiday shopping headaches, the Pheromones are going to be coming up to perform some Christmas music for the gang and much more fun is bound to be had by all.
