The guys started out the show talking about some things in the paper regarding the Arena. There was some dispute from hotel/motel folks in town because there is a proposed $1 room tax that will be added to help pay for the arena. Well, the hotel/motel people are pissed. TnT joked about how people who are cheating in a hotel room aren't going to care about paying an extra buck because they're getting some strange. That lead into cheating talk.

After recapping Donnie's cheating in a hotel room story, the guys opened the phones and took calls from listeners about how they got caught cheating or how they caught others cheating on them. Just to recap some of the better calls, there were stories about a bag full of panties, lotion in the glove box, sex buddies, highlighted phone bills, flower receipts in the garbage, gum in the pie, legs in the bushes, shooting off little toes and more. A few of the stories were a little lengthy and anti-climactic but for the most part, the tales of love gone wrong were great.

When Travis came in, the gang went over a recent Sports Illustrated article that listed the 50 greatest sports figures of each state. They went over TnT's home states and then covered Nebraska and Iowa as well. The article also listed the states from best to worst in terms of being a sports state. CA, TX, NY, PA and AL were the top 5. Nebraska was 27th and Iowa was around 35th best sports states. The topic died down after sports because TnT got back into cheating discussions.

J Medicinehat called in this morning. He told the guys about hanging out with some mob guys in New York on New Years eve. He also told one of his "getting snagged cheating" stories as well. J will be at the Funny Bone for the next week starting tonight. There is going to be a teen show at some point this weekend and also an X-rated show on Monday night. The guys spoke with Greg Peters, formerly of Channel 7, who's now working for the FOX affiliate in St. Louis. The guys wanted to talk to him about the Rams being in the NFL playoffs and about Greg's part in covering it. They also spent some time talking about a possible Rams Vs. Vikings Super Bowl. I'm sure that if the Rams Vs. Vikings scenario does come through, TnT will be calling Greg back before the Super Bowl match-up.
