The first two hours of the Todd and Tyler show were spent discussing all sorts of topics. Neither TnT nor their listeners seemed to latch on to any particular topic until Dr. Ed showed up. Lisa read the news, the guys talked about it, there was discussion about Travis, TnT told listeners about the upcoming Super Bowl party and the guys talked about Z-92 night at the Funny Bone This evening.

Larry the Cable Guy called this morning and gave a commentary about how Grape Nuts and health food breakfasts make his ass fall out. At the start of his call, he heard that Dr. Ed had just arrived. Larry asked him about a “purple thing” on his sack. Later, Larry said he’d sat on a blueberry muffin so he may have no need to worry. Larry just said he’d give it a few days and see if the ants eat it off. Stay tuned for more of Larry later in the week.

Dr. Ed came in at about a quarter after 7. He, along with TnT, took many calls from listeners who were trying to save an HMO co-payment. The visit, which lasted for several hours, was full of questions about cold sores, anal beads and much more. Dr. Ed seemed to enjoy his stay, as always, and he will return to the TnT show again in a few weeks.

Jason Stuart, this week’s Funny Bone guest, called TnT from the LA airport and talked to TnT about the outfits he’ll be wearing on stage this week. Jason seemed legitimately happy about seeing TnT again. The guys didn’t get the chance to speak with Jason for very long because he had to catch his plane. Jason will be joining TnT in studio on Friday so tune in.

After Dr. Ed left this morning, TnT spent the remainder of the show discussing the only main topic that seemed to spark any interest in the listening audience. The discussion was about emotional and physical baggage that comes with dating someone with children. Tyler talked about a woman he dated here in Omaha who had kids and how hard it made things. A lot of people checked in to and agreed that it can be difficult to date when you have kids. Sometimes the others in the relationship don’t understand why people put their kids first.

Tonight is another Z-92 Night at the Funny Bone. TnT will be opening up the show headlined by Jason Stuart. Make sure you stop out to the Bone if you can.
