Todd and Tyler started off this morning’s show talking about a variety of topics. There were a few more airplane stories in the news so the guys spoke with Charlie, their buddy who’s going with them on the Vegas trip who’s never been on a plane before. After hearing that a tire fell off the landing gear of one sky bus and another one skidded to a sparkly stop, he was freaked. The guys also talked about the police shooting bank robbers on the run last night and wondered how they could have possibly escaped. Also a big topic in the early portion of the show was throck piercing. A guy had posted to the message board saying he wanted his throck pierced by a woman. TnT got his number from a friend and called him to find out why he didn’t want a guy to do it. The guy said he wouldn’t object to a man touching his throck but would prefer it to be a woman. The guy may end up in studio getting his throck pierced at some point in the future.

Larry the Cable Guy checked in this morning and delivered a commentary on the Census. There really isn’t much more to say about that. Larry also mentioned that he’d be calling again on Friday to talk to TnT during their Live show at Clancy’s West.

The guys called Jeremy’s Internet ditcher Sienna bright and early this morning. They spent about 15 minutes on the phone with her bitching at her for breaking Jeremy’s heart. She didn’t seem to show a bit of remorse and was a real pain in the ass while TnT tried to pull things out of her. Later in the show, Jeremy came I studio and TnT replayed their talk with Sienna. He really didn’t know what to think about it but it’s pretty clear that he’s pissed at her for making him look like a fool. TnT’s talk with Sienna also spawned many callers to check in and share some of their own Internet love stories gone wrong with TnT.

There was a lot of talk about CBS’s upcoming show called “Survivor”. The guys found out that the people going to the island are allowed to take one luxury item with them. They spent a great deal of time discussing what would be considered luxury and necessity. They also took listener’s calls to see what they’d take with them. Toothbrushes, tampons, tents and more were all suggested. Probably the most humorous suggestion came from a guy who wanted to take J Medicinehat with him. “That guy can make people do anything you want”. It was actually a pretty good topic for the day.

Travis was on his way to cover the Creighton game so he wasn’t in to do sports today. Donnie sat in for him.

Towards the end of the show, TnT spoke with Dana Altman of the Creighton Blue Jays. He and the team are excited about their game tomorrow and spent some time talking about their strategy with TnT. Wish them luck everyone.
