Todd and Tyler started off this morning’s show talking about a plethora of topics. They discussed television characters who have died, delved into the mind of Lisa and tried to figure out why she won’t drink her cereal milk, talked to listeners about possible candidate sign forests that could use a TnT Arena sign and joked about what the monthly payments on an 8 million dollar house would be. They also talked a bit about last night’s Funny Bone show, where they, once again, had more to drink than they thought.

Lisa brought in a list of the top 10 high school movies voted by viewers of an unnamed website. TnT made their own guesses and opened up the phones for listeners to participate as well. After all 10 movies on the list were revealed TnT seemed a little disappointed. Some very good high school movies suggested by themselves and the listeners weren’t even nominated on the list. Those movies included “Heathers”, “Grease”, “The Breakfast Club” and more.

At some point this morning, a listener called in for a little trained counseling. She went home with one of her friends after school years ago and ended up hooking up with her friend’s 38-year-old dad. The girl was only 14 at the time “but we didn’t consummate the relationship until I was 16”. She detailed how they got hooked up and where they used to go to secretly knock it out. As her story progressed, we found out she had 4 kids by the man and lived with him for 18 years without marriage. Recently, she and the guy broke up and now the woman has decided to date her ex-boyfriend’s nephew. She called TnT to ask whether or not she and her knew man should tell her old lover about the relationship. TnT both agreed that she should have her new boyfriend tell his uncle of the situation. The trained counseling aspect of the call wasn’t nearly as interesting as the dynamics of the caller’s life. Meeting a 38-year-old guy at age 14, having him leave his wife and family in order to nail you for 18 years and make 4 babies…that’s what seemed to interest the hosts the most. On top of it all, the caller said she still remains a friend with her ex-boyfriend’s daughter, who is the one who originally brought home the caller to meet her dad many years ago! It was a great story that TnT spent quite a bit of time talking about this morning. They even replayed the call when the comedians came in. You’ll probably end up hearing the call on an upcoming “Best Of” show so make sure to stay tuned in.

Wynn Ryckert and Buzz Nutley from the Funny Bone came in studio this morning and hung out for a while. They joined in on the topics of the day and seemed to enjoy their time on the show. At one point, the guys called Buzz’s girlfriend to talk about some issues they have in their relationship. Todd and Tyler’s trained counseling couldn’t even help this destined-for-doom relationship. Buzz’s girlfriend is just a jealous, whacked out freak. Make sure you catch Wynn and Buzz along with Willie Ferrell at the Funny Bone this weekend.
