Todd and Tyler started off this morning’s show discussing last night’s Redd Peters performance at the Funny Bone. There was also some more talk about the priest who got caught in the park. In fact, TnT sent Slave Boy Chris and Jeremy out to various parks on “Homo Patrol” in an attempt to curb that sort of activity. Chris and Jeremy checked in several times to point out things they encountered. The most prevalent occurrence this morning was when the guys spotted a biker standing next to his bike smoking a cigarette right by a bathroom. They thought he looked like he was waiting for a Diekman. All in all, they didn’t spot any actual manly love but they seemed to be content with putting a stop to it in the two hours they were out in the parks today.

Larry the Cable Guy checked in this morning and delivered a commentary centered on picking up women at his class and family reunions.

Lisa’s List this morning was made up of the top 10 baseball movies as voted by E!-Online website visitors. It took Todd and Tyler about 3 minutes to burn through that list. Maybe Lisa will come up with a better one tomorrow.

TnT played voice mail they received from a girl from Benson yesterday. The girl had heard, 3rd or 4th hand, about TnT’s conversation with the girl who was considering quitting just 2 weeks before graduation. The caller thought TnT were bashing Benson high students and ranted about how they had lost many listeners because of it. This just goes to show you, folks, people will always mistake what TnT say when they hear about the show instead of actually hearing the show. Later on, the father of the girl TnT helped checked in and said that TnT’s conversation with his daughter actually did help. She’s back in school and plans on finishing her remaining time.

TnT read through another edition of the Saunder’s County Dispatch report this morning. It was full of the usual worthless news and events of the area. Today’s reenactment was about a guy who had some trouble with a few beavers. The officer in the reenactment shot the beavers.

Listener Kevin from north Omaha stopped in today to say hi. TnT talked with him about where the whole Arena issue sits with the African American community. TnT convinced Kevin to sing in a Speedo at next week’s Arena bar voting party. They also spent some time talking about Kevin’s favorite bar, Route 66 on 20th & Martha. The guys got a few calls from listeners wanting them to work in a Chub Stop at that bar later this summer.
